About Paola Tellez
Paola Tellez is Owner and Founder of PaoGlam Beauty Co. Her GlamTeam specializes in providing onsite hair and makeup services for special events and weddings.
Paola has had a drive and passion for the hair and beauty industry since her early childhood years. She comes from a long line of hairdressers. Both of her grandparents were in the beauty industry as salon owners.
Paola has been a licensed cosmetologist for more than 10 years. Her specialty and passion revolves around enhancing a woman’s total look and confidence. Paola has mastered a variety of techniques including: multi-dimensional color, color corrections, color melting, balayage, keratin smoothing treatments, bridal and special occasion hair styling, braiding, eyebrow design, makeup artistry, and microblading.
Paola is also distinguished by her relentless pursuit for continual and advanced education. She stays committed to learning the latest trends, as well as creating trends to stay at the forefront of her industry. Her devotion to being a perfectionist with her work and high standards allows her to provide no less than excellent service to her clientele, which gives them the look and confidence they desire. The value of understanding and listening to her client’s needs during their consultation allows Paola to customize a personalized regimen for their hair and makeup.
Her dedication to her clients has allowed her to develop a very special bond of loyalty and trust with every single one of them. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her daughter, painting, crafts, DIY projects, home decor, and collaborating with other artists in her industry to help develop future trends.
